Preparation Steps

  1. Step 1/7

    Prepare the brisée dough and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.

  2. Step 2/7

    Boil the potatoes and mash them with a fork.

  3. Step 3/7

    Separate the green part of the chard from the stems and boil for about 10 minutes.

  4. Step 4/7

    Chop coarsely and mix with the potatoes, scamorza, parmesan, salt and pepper.

  5. Step 5/7

    Line a mold with the brisée and add the filling.

  6. Step 6/7

    Boil the colored stems for a couple of minutes to soften them and decorate the tart.

  7. Step 7/7

    Brush with olive oil and bake for 30/35 minutes at 180 degrees.
