Preparation Steps
Step 1/4
Heat oil in a pan and add whole red chilli, jeera, ajwain, green chilli, and chopped onion. Cook until onion gets half golden brown.
Step 2/4
Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, spicy red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, tomato ketchup, and water. Cook for 2 to 4 mins in low medium flame.
Step 3/4
Add onion dice, tomato julienne, capsicum julienne, yellow capsicum, and garam masala. Cook for 2 to 3 mins in low medium flame.
Step 4/4
Finally, add kasoori methi and paneer. Cook for 1 min in medium flame.
