Preparation Steps
Step 1/2
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the beets and potatoes thoroughly and wrap them in foil. Peel the carrots and also wrap them in foil. Arrange the vegetables on a baking tray and roast for 40-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Peel and finely chop the onion, cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Peel and cut the potatoes and beets into medium-sized cubes. In a bowl, mix the baked vegetables, cucumbers and onions. Blanch the peas and add, season with salt and pepper. Mix vinegar, mustard, sugar, cucumber brine and oil separately and dress the salad. Garnish with small dill tips or finely chopped dill to serve.
