Preparation Steps

  1. Step 1/6

Preheat the oven to 425. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Step 2/6

Make the broccoli. Add the broccoli to a sheet pan, add the oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Drizzle with honey, then top with sesame seeds. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Step 3/6

While the broccoli roasts, make the sauce. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until very smooth.

  4. Step 4/6

Next, make the shrimp. Add the shrimp to a bowl with the cornstarch, salt, paprika, garlic powder and olive oil. Toss to coat.

  5. Step 5/6

Next, heat a pan over medium-high, add a tablespoon of olive oil or so, then add the shrimp spread out (in batches if needed). Cook for about 2 minutes per side. Remove from heat.

  6. Step 6/6

Add the noodles to individual bowls, add a drizzle of tamari soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil, then toss. Add some broccoli, avocado, shrimp, cashews, scallions, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds and sauce.
