Salmon Filet, Honey, Olive Oil, Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Garlic Powder, Butter, Lemon, Lime, Pistachios, Goat Cheese, Scallions, Cilantro, Basil, Dates

Preparation Steps

  1. Step 1/5

Preheat the oven to 275. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. Step 2/5

Make the honey mixture. Add the honey, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt and garlic powder to a small bowl and mix to create a thick spread.

  3. Step 3/5

Place the lemon and lime slices onto the sheet pan, place the filet on top, then spread the honey mixture over the top of the salmon. Top with the pads of butter, then place in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

  4. Step 4/5

While the salmon roasts, make the crumble. Add the pistachios to a cutting board and begin to chop. Next add the scallions and chop again. Repeat with the cilantro, basil and goat cheese until you create a crumble. Add the salt, lemon zest and olive oil and chop until everything is well incorporated.

  5. Step 5/5

Serve the salmon on a plate, top with the crumble and a drizzle of olive oil.
