    Tear or cut the mozzarella into small pieces and heat with water in a pan until it becomes a loose lump.

    Gradually bind with semolina to form a soft dough.

    Roll out the dough on a work surface with some sugar syrup to about 5-8 mm thin, spread the filling and roll up.

    Dissolve the starch in part of the cold milk, bring the remaining ingredients to a simmer over medium heat.
