Preparation Steps
Step 1/16
Mix butter and sugar, add egg whites and finally flour and salt.

Roll out between two sheets of parchment paper 3mm and leave in the fridge for two hours.

Line the 24cm ring and put in the freezer for 2 hours.

Bake for 25/30 minutes at 165 degrees.

Cut 500g of apples into cubes and cook for 10 minutes with lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla and a glass of water.
