Preparation Steps

    Grate ginger and garlic, chop spring onions.

  2. Step 2/7

    Warm oil, fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Step 3/7

    Add onions, salt, fry until softened.

  4. Step 4/7

    Add turmeric, pepper, soy sauce, agave, fry 1 min.

  5. Step 5/7

    Dissolve miso in water, add to saucepan, simmer 10-15 min.

  6. Step 6/7

    Adjust salt/sugar, add broccoli and dumplings, cook.

  7. Step 7/7

    Cook noodles, place in bowls, cover with broth, garnish.
