Prepare the marinade by mixing 1 red pepper, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl.

Marinate the chicken with the prepared marinade and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Chop the onions and potatoes.

Heat oil in a pot on the stove and sauté the onions until golden brown.

Add the marinated chicken to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the chopped potatoes, 2 tbsp concentrated tomato, 400g crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the pot.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes or until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
