Preparation Steps
Step 1/6
Cut a slice of stale bread. Rub it with a garlic clove and crumble it once well impregnated.
Step 2/6
In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the garlic used earlier until slightly golden.

Add the crumbled bread to the pan and toast it until golden.
Step 4/6
In another pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and add the anchovies in oil. Season with a bit of oregano and melt them completely over very low heat.
Step 5/6
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Once cooked, transfer them to the pan with the anchovies and sauté for a few minutes.
Step 6/6
Serve the spaghetti and garnish with the toasted bread. Enjoy!
