Preparation Steps
Step 1/5
Grind Moong Dal into a powder and mix with Suji and Water to form a batter. Allow this batter to rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2/5
Add chopped Onions, Coriander, Jeera Powder, Salt, and Chilly Powder to the batter. Mix well.
Step 3/5
Add Eno to the batter and mix well. Add a little water over Eno before mixing.
Step 4/5
Smear Sesame Seeds and Mustard Seeds evenly in the Appam Mould.
Step 5/5
Pour the batter into the Appam Mould. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 8 minutes until well done.
