Preparation Steps
Step 1/10
Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
Step 2/10
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork chops until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the prosciutto and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Add the remaining butter to the skillet, then add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened.

Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Add the corn kernels, chili flakes, and thyme. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the white wine and let it reduce by half.

Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh basil and crispy prosciutto before serving.
