    Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise. Scoop out the inside with a spoon without damaging the zucchinis.

    In a bowl, cut the zucchini flesh into small pieces. Add crumbled feta and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, then season with salt, pepper, and spices.
