Preparation Steps
Step 1/9
Preheat the oven to 220C (425F).
Step 2/9
In a pot, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté 2 chopped garlic cloves until fragrant.
Step 3/9
Add 2 cups of raw orzo, 4 cups of chicken broth, 0.5 tsp of paprika, and 0.5 tsp of herbes de Provence. Stir well.
Step 4/9
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5/9
Add 1 Boursin cheese, 0.5 cup of heavy cream, 0.75 cup of dried tomatoes, and 2 handfuls of raw spinach. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Step 6/9
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with 2 handfuls of parmesan or gruyère cheese.
Step 7/9
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 8/9
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Step 9/9
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
