Preparation Steps
Step 1/7
Peel and core 1 small pineapple, then cut it into cubes. Cut 3 slices of mango into cubes.
Step 2/7
Add the cubed pineapple, cubed mango, and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Step 3/7
Strain the blended fruit mixture through a fine-mesh strainer if the fruit is noticeably fibrous. Press the mixture through to obtain a smoother purée.
Step 4/7
Pour the smooth fruit purée evenly into the popsicle mold. Insert 1 popsicle stick into each filled cavity.
Step 5/7
Freeze the filled mold for at least 6 to 8 hours. Keep freezing overnight if needed until the popsicles are completely solid.
Step 6/7
Dip the outside of the mold in warm water for a few seconds. Pull the popsicles out gently by their sticks.
Step 7/7
Sprinkle each popsicle with a pinch of Tajín seasoning before eating. Serve immediately.
