Wash the moringa leaves thoroughly and finely chop them.

Drain the canned sardines and mash them with a fork in the mixing bowl.

Add the chopped moringa leaves and the egg to the mashed sardines.

Stir in the cornstarch and all-purpose flour until a thick fritter mixture forms.

Season the mixture with granulated sugar and salt.

Mix in the Magic Sarap seasoning until evenly distributed.

Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan over medium heat.
