    Cut the fresh tuna into 2 cm cubes. Pat the tuna cubes dry before cooking.

    Stir 200 g tomato paste into the tuna mixture. Add 300 ml water to loosen the sauce.

    Cover the pot partially and simmer the tuna ragù over low heat for 60 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes and add small amounts of water if the sauce becomes too thick.

    Bring a pasta pot of salted water to a boil. Cook 400 g pasta until 2 minutes shy of al dente according to the package timing.
