Preparation Steps
Step 1/12
Slice the onion and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the cooking oil in the frying pan over medium heat.

Sauté the sliced onion until it begins to soften, about 2 minutes.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and stir to coat them in the oil.

Add 1 teaspoon paprika and 1 teaspoon ground cumin to the pan.

Stir in 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander and 2 teaspoons tomato paste.
