Preparation Steps
Step 1/12
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2/12
Thaw and thoroughly squeeze dry the frozen spinach. Drain the canned artichoke hearts and chop them.
Step 3/12
Add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper to the medium mixing bowl.
Step 4/12
Mix the spinach-artichoke filling until evenly combined and creamy.
Step 5/12
Add all 12 oz (340 g) shredded chicken to the spinach-artichoke filling. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
Step 6/12
Slice the sweet dinner rolls horizontally to separate the connected tops from the bottoms. Keep each half intact as a slab.
Step 7/12
Place the bottom roll slab on the baking sheet. Arrange 6 mozzarella cheese slices over the bottom rolls.
Step 8/12
Spread the chicken spinach-artichoke filling evenly over the cheese layer. Reserve any excess filling for serving separately with chips.
Step 9/12
Place the remaining 6 mozzarella cheese slices over the filling. Set the top roll slab over the cheese to close the sliders.
Step 10/12
Cover the baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil. Bake the sliders for 15 min at 350°F (175°C).
Step 11/12
Remove the aluminum foil. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 min, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
Step 12/12
Melt the 2 tbsp (28 g) butter in the microwave. Brush the melted butter over the warm roll tops before serving.
