Preparation Steps

Finely chop the preserved lemon, garlic cloves, and fresh ginger.

Combine the chopped preserved lemon, garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl.

Add 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp honey.

Coat the chicken completely with the first marinade.
