Preparation Steps

Preheat the oven to 175°C / 350°F and line an 20 cm / 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

Add the 50 g sea moss gel, 2 eggs, 80 g almond butter, and 40 g Manuka honey to the sweet potato.

Add the 40 g cacao powder, 50 g ground almonds, and 30 g vanilla protein powder.

Fold in 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, and 1 teaspoon lion's mane powder.

Chop the 50 g dark chocolate into small chunks.

Fold the chopped dark chocolate through the brownie batter.
