Preparation Steps
Step 1/10
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Step 2/10
Mash 1 banana in a mixing bowl with a fork until mostly smooth.
Step 3/10
Add 200 ml plant milk and stir into the mashed banana.
Step 4/10
Add 80 g spelt flakes and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder to the bowl.
Step 5/10
Stir in 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder and plenty of ground cinnamon until evenly combined.

Transfer the batter to an oven-safe baking dish and level the surface.

Scatter 50 g raspberries and 20 g chocolate chips over the batter.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 to 20 minutes in the air fryer, until set in the center.

Alternatively, bake at 180°C (356°F) in an oven for 25 to 30 minutes until set and lightly browned.
Step 10/10
Divide the baked oats into 2 portions and serve each portion with 50 g yogurt.
