Combine 500 g ground chicken, chopped beetroot, and mashed potato in a mixing bowl.

Add the seasoning spices and mix thoroughly until the mixture is evenly colored and combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a hot-dog-shaped sausage.

Place the shaped hot dogs in a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, at least 60 minutes.

Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 8/8
Cook the frozen chicken hot dogs for 2 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through to 74°C / 165°F internally.
