Wash the watermelon, remove the rind, and cut the flesh into blender-friendly chunks.

Juice 1 lime until you have about 30 ml (2 tbsp) of lime juice.

Add the watermelon chunks and 150 ml water to the blender.
Step 4/7
Add the lime juice and 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup to the blender.
Step 5/7
Add the optional handful of fresh mint, then blend until completely smooth.
Step 6/7
Pour the blended drink through a fine sieve into a large bowl to remove pulp and seeds.
Step 7/7
Fill 6 serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the strained agua de sandia over the ice.
