    Finely chop the 4 scallions, 2 onions, and 1 bunch fresh parsley.

    Melt 60 g vegan margarine in the frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped scallions, onions, and parsley for 5 to 7 minutes until softened.

    Drain the soaked bread well in the colander. Add the 300 g cooked black beans, drained bread, and sautéed herbs to the large mixing bowl.
