Preparation Steps
Step 1/8
Bring the 2 L water to a rolling boil in the saucepan.
Step 2/8
Add the 50 g tapioca pearls to the boiling water. Stir to prevent the pearls from sticking together.
Step 3/8
Simmer the tapioca pearls for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally until the pearls become mostly translucent and chewy.
Step 4/8
Drain the cooked tapioca pearls through the fine-mesh strainer. Rinse them briefly under cold water.
Step 5/8
Peel the ripe mango and remove the pit. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
Step 6/8
Combine the drained tapioca pearls with the 150 mL coconut milk in the mixing bowl. Stir in the 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk until evenly mixed.
Step 7/8
Divide the tapioca mixture among 3 serving bowls. Top each portion with the diced ripe mango.
Step 8/8
Chill the dessert for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve cold.
