Peel 4 medium boiled potatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Mash the potatoes until smooth with a potato masher.

Add 1 tablespoon chopped onion and 1 teaspoon chopped green chili to the mashed potatoes.

Add 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon chaat masala to the bowl.
