Finely shred 2 cups of rotisserie chicken and thinly slice 1/4 cup of green onions.

Combine the shredded chicken, 4 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup mild crumbled blue cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, green onions, and 1 tbsp ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl.

Stir 1/2 cup buffalo sauce into the chicken mixture until the filling is evenly coated.

Place about 1/4 cup of filling in the lower center of one egg roll wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in both sides and roll tightly toward the top corner.
