Preparation Steps
Step 1/11
Measure 200 ml water and dissolve 1 g fresh yeast in it.
Step 2/11
Add 335 g all-purpose flour, 10 g salt, and 10 ml olive oil to the yeast mixture.
Step 3/11
Mix the dough until no dry flour remains. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Step 4/11
Cover the dough and let it rest at room temperature for at least 240 minutes, or refrigerate it overnight.
Step 5/11
Preheat the oven to 230°C / 450°F. Divide the dough into 2 equal balls.
Step 6/11
Shape each dough ball into a pizza round on a lightly floured surface. Transfer both rounds to the pizza tray.
Step 7/11
Brush the dough rounds with approximately 1 tablespoon vegan garlic butter. Bake at 230°C / 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp and lightly golden.
Step 8/11
Finely dice 1 cucumber and 1/2 pointed cabbage. Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
Step 9/11
Add parsley, dill, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon agave syrup, lemon juice, vegan yogurt, salt, and water to the blender. Blend until creamy.
Step 10/11
Pour the creamy green dressing over the diced cucumber and pointed cabbage. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Step 11/11
Place half of the green goddess salad on each warm baked pizza. Serve immediately while the crust is crisp.
