Preparation Steps
Step 1/10
Measure the heavy cream, milk, caster sugar, agar agar, and vanilla extract into a saucepan.
Step 2/10
Whisk the vanilla cream mixture over medium heat until the agar agar and sugar dissolve.
Step 3/10
Bring the vanilla cream mixture to a full boil and boil it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4/10
Divide the hot vanilla cream mixture between 4 ramekins or silicone moulds, filling each mould about two-thirds full.
Step 5/10
Leave the filled moulds at room temperature until the vanilla layer is firm enough to support the mango layer.
Step 6/10
Add the Mango Maaza or Frooti drink and agar agar for mango layer to a clean saucepan.
Step 7/10
Bring the mango mixture to a full boil and boil it for 1 to 2 minutes while whisking.
Step 8/10
Pour the hot mango jelly mixture gently over the set vanilla panna cotta layer.
Step 9/10
Refrigerate the filled moulds for 2 to 3 hours until both layers are completely set.
Step 10/10
Loosen the edges of each panna cotta and invert it onto a serving plate.
