Preparation Steps

Slice the 2 onions thinly on a cutting board.

Heat enough cooking oil in a pan for deep-frying the sliced onions.

Deep-fry the sliced onions until deeply brown and crispy.

Lift out the fried onions and drain them briefly.

Blend the fried onions into a smooth paste.

Place the 1 kg boneless beef in a mixing bowl.

Add the onion paste and 1 cup plain yogurt to the beef.
