Preparation Steps

Finely chop the garlic, ginger, carrot, leek, and firm tofu.

Chop the wheat wraps into small, bite-sized strips.

Heat 1 tsp cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Sauté the garlic, fresh ginger, carrot, leek, and firm tofu for about 4 minutes until fragrant and softened.
