Preparation Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 360°F and place the baking dish nearby.

Peel the 1 baby watermelon and remove any visible seeds.

Cut the peeled watermelon into thick steaks or slices, about 2 cm / 3/4 inch thick.

Mix 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, the crushed nori, and salt in the mixing bowl.
