Preparation Steps
Step 1/9
Roughly chop the boneless chicken thighs and onion into pieces that fit safely in the food chopper.
Step 2/9
Add the chicken, onion, fresh coriander, and fresh mint leaves to the food chopper.
Step 3/9
Add the ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, ground cumin, and ground black pepper.

Crack the egg into the chopper, then pulse until the mixture is evenly minced and well combined.

Transfer the chicken mixture to a mixing bowl and grease your hands with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Shape the mixture into 8 equal oval kebabs, using about 2 tablespoons of mixture for each kebab.

Heat the remaining cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the kebabs in a single layer.

Fry the kebabs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly, until browned and cooked through to 74°C / 165°F.

Transfer the cooked chicken kebabs to a plate and serve hot.
