Preparation Steps
Step 1/9
Add 150 g silken tofu and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Step 2/9
Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions.
Step 3/9
Drain the cooked udon noodles in a colander. Set the noodles aside.
Step 4/9
Heat 1 tsp neutral cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 100 g firm tofu and fry until browned.

Add 1/2 tbsp gochujang and 2 tsp soy sauce to the browned tofu. Stir to coat the tofu evenly.

Add 2 tsp rice vinegar and salt to taste to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce lightly coats the tofu.
Step 7/9
Slice the scallion thinly. Divide the creamy silken tofu into a serving bowl.
Step 8/9
Place the cooked udon noodles over the creamy tofu. Spoon the spicy tofu mixture on top.
Step 9/9
Garnish with sliced scallion and drizzle with chili oil. Serve immediately while hot.
