Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.amalgame.io (the "Service"), operated by Ultra Scalability LLC ("Amalgame", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Amalgame, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to comply with them.

2. Your account

You can read recipes on Amalgame without an account. To save recipes or create collections, you need to sign in, either with a one-time code sent to your email address or with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. The Service is provided "as is"

Amalgame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recipe information (including ingredients, quantities, timing, or nutrition) is complete or accurate. Recipe details are extracted with the help of automated tools from creator videos and may contain errors — always use your own judgment, especially regarding allergens and dietary restrictions.

4. Intellectual property

The recipes displayed on Amalgame are derived from content that creators have publicly posted on Instagram and TikTok. Each recipe credits and links back to its original creator and source post. Amalgame does not claim ownership of, or rights in, creators' original videos, images, or captions. The Amalgame name, logo, and the structured recipe data we produce are the property of Ultra Scalability LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access-control feature of the Service;
• Use the Service to upload, store, or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or ask us to delete your account, at any time by emailing contact@ultra-scalability.com.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Scalability LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Copyright and take-down requests (DMCA)

If you are a rights holder and believe that content on Amalgame infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@ultra-scalability.com including: a description of the copyrighted work, a link to the material on Amalgame, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We will review and respond to valid requests, including removing or disabling access to the material where appropriate.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
