Preparation Steps

Peel and grate the 100 g carrot into thin shreds.
Step 2/14
Finely shred the 100 g red cabbage.
Step 3/14
Finely chop the 100 g Napa cabbage.
Step 4/14
Finely chop the fresh mint, fresh parsley, and fresh chives.
Step 5/14
Combine the grated carrot, red cabbage, Napa cabbage, mint, parsley, and chives in the large mixing bowl.

Fill the shallow plate with water and cover the rolling board with the clean kitchen towel dampened with water.

Dip one rice paper sheet in water until pliable, about 5 to 10 seconds.

Place the softened rice paper sheet on the damp kitchen towel.

Place a small pinch of vegetable-herb filling just above the center of the rice paper sheet.

Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold both sides inward.

Roll tightly from the bottom to form a compact spring roll.

Repeat the soaking and rolling process with the remaining rice paper sheets and filling.

Combine the 30 ml sweet soy sauce, 15 ml fish sauce, 20 ml satay sauce, 15 ml lime juice, and 15 ml sriracha in the small bowl.

Stir the dipping sauce until smooth and serve it alongside the spring rolls.
