Wash the zucchini and potatoes, then grate them into a mixing bowl.
Step 2/11
Peel the garlic and finely grate it with the vegetables.
Step 3/11
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the grated vegetables and garlic.
Step 4/11
Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and the black pepper, then sauté for 10 to 12 minutes until tender and mostly dry.
Step 5/11
Combine the wheat flour, baking powder, remaining salt, and ground cumin in a clean mixing bowl.
Step 6/11
Whisk in the 2 eggs, then gradually whisk in the milk until a thick but pourable batter forms.
Step 7/11
Cut the Munster cheese into small pieces, then fold it into the waffle batter.
Step 8/11
Fold the cooked zucchini-potato mixture into the batter, then let the mixture stand for 2 minutes.
Step 9/11

Step 10/11
Ladle about one-eighth of the batter into the waffle maker, then cook for 4 to 5 minutes until deeply golden and crisp.
Step 11/11
